PACE Financing

PACE, or Property Assessed Clean Energy, is a new financing concept for home and commercial property improvements. It provides an easy and effective way to finance improvements such as new energy-efficient or high-impact windows and doors.

PACE financing is administered at the local level, making it simpler for property owners to invest in their future, increase comfort and security, and reduce their energy usage. With PACE financing, property owners can receive 100% financing based on the available equity in their property and their ability to pay, among other factors. The amount financed is added to their property taxes and paid overtime on their annual property tax bill or through escrow as part of their monthly mortgage payment. PACE financing is secured with a continuing lien on the property.
